The staff was ACCOMMODATING, the room was updated, everything was nice. The hotel was in the very central setting close to the train station. The rooms were with a bath tub, we loved it.

It was fairly clean place, staff were kind, and I enjoyed my compact room. A safe box, central heating and an iron in the room, perfect location. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, the fee was gbp 22 per person. Nice service during my really great stay.

Staff was service-minded, room was huge and well cleaned. Absolutely breathtaking view, a nice balcony, amazing bed, too. White beach nearby, that was what I enjoyed. Particularly good hotel restaurant. Great value, and the location was quiet for exploring Lucerne.

The folks working here were helpful and we loved its central location. Very specious room, regular double. Breakfast was free of charge, with lots of goodies.
The views were not so great.

Brand new, impeccably clean place and residential area. The decor of the themed room was unique and it was quite too. Had free, absolutely excellent breakfast. Central setting of the hotel. Friendly reception. Fortunately, free wifi was provided throughout the property.

It's not their fault, but the street was noisy.
